As CEO, Blaine leads the overall management of LooseHead Software. He is also the chief architect of the MobileScore Platform. Blaine defines and designs the architecture, ensuring a platform with high scalability and extensibility coupled with seamless partner integration and opportunities for customization. Blaine has over 15 years of senior technical and leadership experience in wireless and distributed applications architecture. Prior to founding LooseHead Software, Blaine served as Vice President, Software Development for Stanford Consulting Group, Inc., nationally known for economic research and expert testimony for business litigation and regulatory legislative proceedings. Blaine also served as the Senior Systems Architect at Telecommunication Systems, Inc. where he led design and development efforts on cross platform applications for Tier 1 wireless telecommunications carriers. Blaine graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Economics and earned an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
Vice President - Sales and Operations
Darrell drives LooseHead's strategy to provide the MobileScore platform to leading sports organizations, strategic partners, and technology partners worldwide to meet the needs of their mobile initiatives. Darrell has over twenty years of senior management and leadership experience in wireless infrastructure, telecommunications, and software development and deployment. Prior to joining LooseHead Software, Darrell served as President/CEO for Xintex Solutions and Creative Computer Solutions. Both companies developed and deployed unique software solutions. Darrell has also held executive positions at system integrators Klien Technologies, Inc. and Automation Research Systems, Inc. Darrell graduated from University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Economics and earned an MBA from St. Mary's College.
Vice President - Business Development
Dale provides LooseHead Software with leadership in business and brand development, creating new and emerging markets for the MobileScore brand. Dale directs partnership efforts with companies that possess the type of brand recognition necessary to acquire new users around the world. Dale provides critical expertise in the areas of strategic analysis, marketing, sales and corporate finance. Dale was most recently with Redflex Traffic Systems, owners of the wireless backbone network for the largest Red Light Camera network. Previously, Dale consulted with Loungepress.com. Before that Dale was General Partner of Digital Express, a Medical digital delivery service, focusing on the advanced digital delivery of MRI, PET and CAT Scans. Previously, Dale was Vice President of FES Win-Ventures, an angel-funding group based in Silicon Valley, where he was responsible for investments in broadband and streaming video companies. Dale played an integral part in raising initial capital money for eight successful start-up companies that are currently public. Previously, Dale served as Vice President of the FES Group, where he managed a fundraising group for various non-profit organizations. For four years, Dale served as Directing Manager for Club Corporations of America in Singapore & San Francisco. Dale has extensive background in technology and finance. Dale graduated from California State University Chico.

Blaine Nye, Sr., Member of the Board

Blaine F. Nye Sr is the Founder and President of Stanford Consulting Group (SCG). Stanford Consulting Group provides economic research and expert testimony for business litigation and regulatory and legislative proceedings. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Stanford University, an M.B.A. from Stanford, a M.S. in Physics from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Physics from Stanford University.
Blaine F. Nye Sr also knows sports. He played Right Guard for the Dallas Cowboys from 1968 through 1977 and started in 3 Super Bowls (V, VI, and X). He was All-Pro in 1972 and his final game was the 1977 Pro Bowl. Blaine's children all played competitive sports with his sons playing college football (Air Force, Princeton, and Navy). He also played Rugby at Stanford during the 60s so he appreciates the under-appreciated sports to which MobileScore caters.
Ann Nye, M.D., Member of the Board

Dr. Ann Nye is the Secretary of LooseHead Software, Inc. Ann has an extensive sports background, culminating in her collegiate tennis career at the United States Air Force Academy where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology. Ann then earned a scholarship to attend The Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. Dr. Nye completed a Family Practice Residency at Travis AFB, CA. After graduation, Ann went on to complete the U.S. Air Force's Flight Medicine Course. During her sixteen years in the Air Force, Dr. Nye served in Korea as the flight surgeon for the A-10 squadron, in Operation Southern Watch as the flight surgeon for the KC-10 squadron, at Onizuka AFS as a family practice provider, and at Andrews AFB as part of the teaching faculty for their Family Practice Residency program. At the end of her tenure at Andrews AFB, Ann started working in the Emergency Department. When her military commitment was complete, Dr. Nye continued to work in ER's in Laurel, MD and finally San Ramon, CA. Presently Dr. Nye works in a primarily sports medicine focused practice at San Ramon Regional Medical Center's Occupational Medicine Clinic. Ann helped found LooseHead Software, Inc. Along with her love of sports, she brings a vast knowledge of human nature and is a perfect customer for our software products. Ann continues to contribute daily to the monstrous success of the LooseHead Software enterprise.
